Removal
·Working from inside the clutch housing re-
move
the
thrust bearing and the clutch release.

Remove the rubber cup

and the bol I head
thrust
2.
Replace the rubber cup if necessary
Refitting
•
Pack
the rubber cup
1
with grease.
- SI ide clutch release fork

from the inside tow-
ards the outside of the housing.
- Use a screw driver to raise clutch release fork
bocking
spring
4.
- Engage the fork on the boll head the spring
being bocked
against
the
rubber cup.
•
Then fit thrust
ball bearing.
