REAR AXLE
REAR HUBS- REAR KNUCKLES
- Clamp the nut C2 rn the vice on
its
two
flat
surfaces.
- Place
the
knuckle on this nut.
- Insert the hub in the knuckle using the bolt
Cl and screw this down until the hub abuts on
the bearing.
- Coat
the
splines of the half shaft with moly-
kote 321.

Insert the half shaft in the hub-knuckle assem-
bly
1.
· Fit the washer
2.
-
Hand tighten the
new
hub nut 3.
•
Proceed with the
refitting
of this assembly to
the
car.
