• In this position the dial indicator indicates
the bocklosh between drive pinion and crown
gear
· Note this reading.
• Repeot this operation ot th ree different points,
using the other three gaps in the tool R lined
up with the groove in the crown wheel used for
the first reading.
• Note each reading, making sure that each time
dial indicator hos been set to
0.
• Turn tool anti-clockwise for each adjustment
position.
