Clutch circuit
- Depress clutch pedal and hold-down.
- Slacken the bled screw ot the slave
cylinder.
-When the clutch fork returns to rest, tighten the
bleed screw.
-
Slowly
release the clutch pedal.
-
Repeat this
o~eration
until
the
fluid runs
clean.
-
Bleed
the
brake
system.
(see page 02 22).
-
Adjust:
- rear brake shoes of long models (see page 02 32).
- handbrake,
it
necessary (see page 02 31 ).
-
Check:
- system
for
leaks,
-
fluid
level
of
reservoir,
-
braking
efficiency,
- clutch
opera tion.
-
Tightening
torques
-
bleed
screw - 9
ft/lbs.
(1,25 m.kg.).
-
wheel nuts
-
43 ft/lbs.
(6 m.kg.).
