REAR AXLE
REAR ARMS
- F 1t the wheel.
- Lower the car onto its whee Is.
- T 1ghten the nuts to 43 .5 ft.lbs (6 m.kg).
- Fit the wheel trim.
- Seat two people in the rear of the car to neutra-
lise the position of the flexible bushings.
- T 1 ghten with a torque wrench :
- the lower shock absorber nut to 33 ft.lbs
(4.5 m.kg).
- the rear arm pivot nuts to
47 ft.
lbs (6.5 m.kg).
- Check the oil level in the differential and top
if necessary using ESSO GEAR OIL GP 90.
