I/
- Grease the bearing with ESSO MULTI PURPO-
SE GREASE H.
- lmrrerse the steering box m boiling water for a
few minutes.
- lns1oll the bearing in its housing, pressing on
the outer roce.
- Fit the circlip.
- Insert in the housing, in the opposite end to
the pinion :
· the inner thrust washer 1
- ·he flexible bush equipped with its two rubber
rings 2 .
- the outer thrust washer 3.
- the circlip

- Grease the rock and flexible bush.
- Insert the rock in the box, pinion side .
. Threod temporarily the second eye onto the rock
together with its I oc k nut.
- T ighten slight ly the lock nut.
· Push the rock until the lock nut 5 comes into
contact with the steering box.
