BODYWORK - FRONT PART
REPLACING THE FRONT WING
( By unfasten in g o n the car)

PROTECTION AHO SEALING
- Applying the filler For the front wing
NOTE • In order that the filler adheres, the sur·
faces must be free from grease and perfectly clean
and dry.
• Before position i ng the wi ng
Apply :
(al ) • a s ingle strip of filler on the top part of
the valance .
(bl ) • a double strip of filler on the edge of the
mud deflector.
• Afte r positionin g the wing
(a2 b2) • Check the positioning of the filler and
complete if necessary.
(c) • Apply a str ip of filler where the wmg jo ins
the front frame.
(d) • Plug the hole 1n the angle be tween the wing,
the frame and the valance.
• Apply a strip of f1n1shing filler in the 101nt (e).
EQUIPMENT AFTER WORK
• CHECKING • ADJUSTING
• Refit :
• the bumper
the grille
• the air intake panel
• the s ill board trrm
• Refit and check the operation of the electr ic
access orres.
• Adjust the headlamps.
