PETROL INJECTION ENG INE (KF 5 . XN 2)
REPLACING THE THROTTLE FLAP SPINDLE
- Hold the throttle closed, firmly but without
forcing.
- Tighten the 2 screws, after smearing " weak
holding " Loctite on the threads.
- Tighten the throttle drum nut to
1.25
m.lcg
(9 ft.lbs) .
I
- Carry out the various adjustments
(page 13 31 to 13 361.
- Refit the accessories.
On ZF engines
- F
11
the acceleration cable control quadrant as
shown opposite, with the throttle in the closed
position.
- Tighten the nut (8) to 125 m.kg (9 ft.lbs).
