- App1y oil on all ports before installation.
- Install in the differential planetary gear hou-
sing

o new dimpled washer

The dimples should be directed towards the
sun gear

- Install rrght hand side sun gear

- plonet gear shaft 6 with pin holes aligned.
• fit o new Meconindus pin 7 flush with sur-
face of
diffe rential gear housing.
- Loy
crown wheel

flat on the work bench.
- lnstal I in the fol lowing order :
- the dimpled washer

- the sun gear

and the differential plonerory
gear housing assembled 11 .

- the
8
assembling bolts,
- install the nuts and hand tighten some.

·Clomp differe ntial gear assembly in o vice f1tte-d
with lead jaws.
·Cross tighten oil 8 nuts.
T ightening torque
