PR EPARATION OF THE NEW PART
- Check and if necessary touch up the wing sur-
face.
- Point the lower port.
- Strip the edges to be welded.
ADJUSTING AND ASSEMBLY
POSITIONING THE FRONT WING
NOTE

Before pos1ttoning the wing apply the

Protection
Sealing -
- Use
new
screws
and bolts.
- Present the wing and oline the edges (a),

Secure the top after checking the gap between

WELDING
• Immobilise at the top with two welding points

Hold the wing
and
panel together with 2 mole
grips.
·Adjust thecurveond level of both ports (g.h)
- Weld them together from
the
inside using o
blow torch (S).
• Run the welding into the groove formed by the
wing and crossmember.
•
Smooth
the
face and reshape the groove with a
file(

).
NOTE
-
The quality of the finish depends on

• the core taken
in
preparing the edges.
