BODYWORK - FRONT PART
REPLACING A FRONT PANEL
( by unfas ten ing on the ca r)
ADJUSTING AND ASSEMBLY
Position the panel and hold it using mole
grips.
- A.d1ust the curve and the ol inement with the
wings.

Spot weld and weld the assembly, using o
blow pipe, from the inner edges (S)
Secure the lower port using new screws
PROTECTION AND SEALING
- Repaint the ports which hove been heated
- Apply o strip of finishing filler ot the 1oints
betwe en panel and wings.
EQU IPMENT AFTER WORK
- CH ECK ING • ADJUSTING
- Refit :
- the bumper
• the grille
· Refit and check the operation of the electric
components.
- Adjust the headlamps
