Adjustment on 504 Convertibles and Coupes
- Remove:
- the return spring 3 from the selector control
link
- the selector control I ink 1
- the selector control link 2
- Cleontheplosticboll joint sockets and make sure
that they hove not been damaged at dismontl ing
- Replace oil defective port
- Lubricate the boll joints prior to refitting.
· Check and adjust the between centres distance
of the boll joint sockets prior to refitting :

·After adjustment do not
r~·tighten
the bal I joint
socket lock nuts. This operation must only be
carried out after refitting of the selector control
links.
