RE -ASSEMBLY
- Insert one spring and one locking boll into
passage
1.
• Press boll against spring using drift M.
- Push shaft 2 against the drift and remove the
drift while maintaining pressure on the shaft.
- Set shaft 2 to <cNeutrol

- Secure 3rd./ 4th gear change fork 3 with a
new

pin.
- Rest the housing on its R.H. side.
- Insert o locking boll into passage 4 , this boll
must rest against 3rd/ 4th gear shaft 2.
·Insert lst / 2nd gear shaft 5 until the ccNeutrol

posit ion is reached.
- Insert lst/2nd gear locking boll 6 and spring
7 into passage 4.
- Smear plug 8 with cc Perfect Seol

and tighten to 7.2 ft.l bs (1 m.kg).
- Secure 1
st/ 2nd gear change fork 9 using a
