REFI TT ING
•
• Refit:
·broke disc in the position noted at removol
·broke coliper using new Blocfor washers.
·Tighten the screws to 31 ft.l b s (4.25 m.kg).
·Fit the broke pods, the holding fork and tighten
the bolt to 13 ft .lbs (1.75 m.kg).
• Observing the correct direction of fitment
install the thrust spring in the broke pods
(arrow facing normal rotation direction of the
disc) .
• Refit the broke pipe to the suspension arm .
· Install holding tool A onto the rear hub,

· T ighten the drive shaft nut to 189 ft. lb s
I
(25 m.kg).
• P unc h th is nut using tool F.
· Remove the holding tool.
· Refit the whee I and tigh ten the nuts to
43. 5 ft.
lb ~
(6 m.kg).
·Fit the wheel trim.
·Check oil level in the rear axle. T op up if
necessa ry using ESSO GEAR OIL GP 90.
