WATER PUMP · REASSEMBLY
Pack t he bearings with ESSO MULTIPURPOSE
GRE:ASE H.
- F11 the bearings on the shaft.
WARNING - The unprotected sides of the bearings
must
be face to face.
- Pack the space between the bearings with grease.
- Fit
the deflector (1) carefully.
- Immerse the pump body
in
boiling water.
Insert the shaft, with the bearings, in the pump
body.
