- Clomp the drive shaft vert ically
in
o v ice
equipped with aluminium 1ows.
- Place adhesive tape (o) on the
oil
seal beo·
ring face of the tulip to protect it from knocks.
- Bend
bock the cover carefully using o pair of
end
cutters.
Disengage the cover by topping I ightly with
o hammer.
Remove the tul ip by ra is ing 1t vert ically
• Wheel

-Recover
the spring and the thrust cup.
- Lower the gaiter os for os poss ible on the
shaft.
•
Stick o
strip
of adhesive tape around the
bearing pock. This
is
o paired
component
ond
must not
be
separated.
• Remove os much of the
grease
os possible
from the assembly.
•
Never dip
it in
a degreasing product.
