AC AFM MODE

T his mode is selected from the Scan Mode Setup dialog (Sect. 5.3.4). In AC AFM mode,
a cantilever
specimen in such a way that the amplitude of vibration of the cantilever remains constant.
The AC, MFM, VE-AFM, SKPM, and Advanced tab windows belong to the AC AFM
mode and can be opened by clicking on each tab in the SPM Parameters window.
