Cooling-system port
When you use the optional Cooling System, install the cooling tank on this port. Usually
covered with a cap.
Utility ports
The JSPM-5200 is provided with two utility ports for use at the user's option. They are
usually covered with caps.
Regarding the size and details of the utility ports, refer to Chapter 8, "APPENDIX."
■ SPM head unit
The SPM head consists of a laser source, a detector and a preamplifier.
