Adjustment procedure 1
• Adjust the laser beam using the knobs so that the laser beam spot illuminates the
edge of the cantilever base.
• Shift the laser beam spot so that it illuminates the edge of the cantilever base
corresponding to the center of the cantilever, as shown below.
