Pad Points

The current image is shifted to the center of a larger frame.
The following three pads are provided:
Click on Geometry in the main menu; then select Pad Points in the pull-down
menu. Select 256 or 512 on the pull-down submenu. Then the current image
will be shifted to the center.
The surrounding area of the image is replaced by black (0).
