AFM Amplifier

This amplifier is used for AFM observation. Below are the names and functions of the
switches, knobs and terminals on the front and rear panels of the AFM amplifier.

① LD-ON switch
Turns the semiconductor laser source in the SPM head on and off. While the switch
is lit, the laser source is on.

To turn off the power of the SPM CONTROL system, first turn off
the LD-ON switch and then turn off the power of the SPM CONTROL
system. The laser luminescence part may be damaged.
