5 MEASUREMENT OPERATION

When you have performed a frequency scan, if the resonance frequency

appear at the end of every scan. Adjust the Q controller by referring to the
change of Q values. The scan finishes by pressing the ESC key on the key-
board.
Clicking on the Scan button starts the automatic adjusting sequence.

lect the frequency is between 1 and 1000 kHz. The output signal is a sine wave.
Specify voltage applied to the piezoelectric element for oscillation. The voltage
depends on the value set to OSC High Output.
