Setting the KFM parameters

Click on the KFM button in the SKPM tab window to open the KFM window;
t hen specify the following items.

Set CH2 of the optional oscilloscope to BIAS and monitor the CH2.
You can observe the waveform set in the lock-in amplifier as shown below:
