Type of File
Specify type for loading files. You can specify the following types of files.
SPM Data ( * .tif, * .spc)
SPM Image ( * .tif)
Binary Image ( * .bin)
Binary FFT ( * .bft)
ASCII Image ( * .asc)
ASCII FFT ( * .aft)
Spectrum ( * .spc)
Look in
Specify the folder containing saved files.
Find File
Click on this button to display the list of files saved under the current directory.
For details, refer to next Sect., "Find File".
