6.2 IMAGE PROCESSING AND DATA PROCESSING
FUNCTIONS
Basically, the process mode has two kinds of analysis functions.
■ Image processing function
This is an image processing function that analyzes an SPM image. It can analyze
the image being measured, and also carry out image processing. By displaying an
SPM image in the image window, the main menu automatically changes to the
image processing menu.

Loads the data file from the disk.
Searches the list of data files.
Saves data on the disk as file.
Replays the continuous measurement image by easy
movie.
Prints out data.
Creates a report.
Loads a report from the file.
Saves the created report in the file.
Transfers the displayed image to the clipboard.
Transfers data to the clipboard.
Transfers data from the clipboard.
Opens the Display Parameters dialog.
Opens the Display Colors dialog.
Adjusts the brightness and contrast of the image.
