– Detach thermostat -2- from coolant pump -1-.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Please note the
following:
Note
Renew gasket.
– Moisten gasket with coolant.
– Fit thermostat housing onto coolant pump.
Centring pins on thermostat must be fitted in guides -arrows-
on coolant pump.
– Tighten bolts for thermostat housing
– Fit the coolant pump
– Fill up with coolant

Removing
Engine cold.
– To relieve residual pressure in cooling system, open filler cap
-arrow- on coolant expansion tank briefly and then close cap
again (it should click into place).
– Unplug the electrical connector.
Note
Place a cloth underneath to catch escaping coolant.
