Removing
– Switch off ignition.
– Unplug the electrical connector -1-.
– Pull off securing clip -2- using locking tool - T40265- .
– Remove bolts -arrows- and detach charge pressure positioner
- V465- .
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Please note the
following:
• Renew securing bolts for charge pressure positioner
-arrows-.
• Renew circlip -2-.
– Adapt engine control unit - J623- to charge air pressure con‐
troller - V465- using ⇒ Vehicle diagnostic tester; "guided func‐
tions" .
Specified torques
