– Loosen clamp -arrow- and push towards rear.
– Remove catalytic converter with front exhaust pipe towards
rear.
– Slide screwdriver -2- into the recess -Arrow- on the exhaust
turbocharger and remove ring seal -1-.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Please note the
following:

Renew seal and self-locking nuts.

Coat studs and bolts on catalytic converter with high-temper‐

ature paste; high-temperature paste ⇒ Electronic parts cata‐
logue .
– Align exhaust system without tension
