21. Perform optical fiber connections and verification of the optical
facility.
22. Perform end-to-end OC-3/IS-3 line test at DRI nodes (For
example, between nodes C and H in Figure 1).
23. At the upgraded DRI nodes, use the ent-crs-sts1: or
ent-crs-vt1: commands to make proper "drop and continue"
cross-connections.
24. The upgrade is now complete.
