NOTE:
For Release 13.0 or later TARP applications, the OHCTL must be a
BBG9 OHCTL. This procedure is used to install the OHCTL for the first
time in a new shelf. To replace an OHCTL in an in-service system, refer
to DLP-523.
NOTE:
The shelf must be equipped with both OHCTL and SYSCTL [DLP-549]
circuit packs before new software can be installed [DLP-561]. An OHCTL
must have software installed and it must be the same as the software in
the BBG8/BBG8B SYSCTL. If no software is installed or if the software
is not compatible with software in the SYSCTL, you must find circuit
packs with compatible software or install new software in both the
OHCTL and SYSCTL when the SYSCTL is installed.
NOTE:
When the OHCTL is installed, the FAULT LED will light and remain
lighted until the SYSCTL is installed.
Install OHCTL into AUXCTL slot.
