BBF8 HDSL CPs require both
FUNCTION UNITS slots in the
group to be equipped with
MXRVO or STS1E CPs.
The BBF6 T1EXT or BBF9
IMA LAN CPs require both
FUNCTION UNITS slots in the
group to be equipped with
MXRVO CPs.
User Panel failed.
Failure of near-end or far-end
protection OLIU CP in MAIN-2(P)
slot or failure of receive fiber on
the protection line at near end.
Four automatic switches of one
DS1/DS1PM CP in 10 minutes;
DS1 intermittent failure.
CP does not support the manual
cross-connection(s) currently
provisioned for this slot.
A DS1 or DS1PM CP is installed
in a LOW SPEED slot associated
with FUNCTION UNITS slot
provisioned for DS3, STS1E_L
low speed, or OLIU CP service.
When associated with TGS/TG3
slot, current CP switch settings do
not support the sync. timing
provisioned.
When associated with FUNCTION
UNITS slot C, CP type does not
support the current provisioned
