6. Was the following message received?

Please connect PC with DDM-2000 upgrade program and start

If YES, then continue with Step 7.
If NO, then proceed to Step 8.
7. Indications are that the PC is not functioning properly, the disk drive is
inoperable, the diskette has been removed, or the program has previously
been erased from the SYSCTL. Check that the PC is operating properly and
the diskette has not been removed. Check PC to CIT port connections.
Has program installation procedure been tried more than once?
If YES, then continue with Step 8.
If NO, then proceed to Step 15.
8. Was the following or similar message received?
ins-prog:tid DENY
SSTP
/* Status, execution stopped. */
/* Far end not responding.
If YES, then continue with Step 9.
If NO, then proceed to Step 12.
9. Are SYSCTL and OHCTL circuit packs installed at far end?
If YES, then proceed to Step 12.
If NO, then continue with Step 10.
10. Determine reason SYSCTL or OHCTL is not installed. Reinstall the SYSCTL
and OHCTL and repeat the program installation procedure.
11. STOP. YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS PROCEDURE.
