parameters are set the same at
both ends of a DCC (optical
span).
Rebooting SYSCTL SW
generics as a result of upgrade,
downgrade, system command,
or reseating while IMA LAN CPs
are present.

or reseating while IMA LAN CPs

Switch settings invalid, different
from other circuit pack, or
different than they were before
