7.11.12 CFW with Rerouting

Definition
When a call is forwarded via CorNet N, `rerouting' can be implemented to optimise use of the B
channel.
Extension A from PABX 1 calls extension B in PABX 2. Extension B initiated CFW to extension C in
PABX 1. Both B channels between PABX 1 and 2 are released. This means that the connection takes
place immediately in PABX 1. A prerequisite is that `rerouting' is active in both PABXs.
