7.2.19 Automatic Call Connection (AICC) with UCD

Definition
Agents can use this feature to answer incoming calls without performing any operator actions. In
order to do this, the agent must be using a headset in conjunction with an enable key on the terminal.
An audible tone in the headset lets the UCD subscriber know that a call has arrived, and the call is
then switched through automatically.
AICC (also called Forced Feed) can be configured separately for each UCD group and is activated if a
headset is configured or is automatically detected for the terminal used.
