7.8.4 Automatic Callback When Free or Busy

Definition
It is possible to activate an automatic callback to a busy or free internal extension. When the callback
destination terminates its call (when busy) or executes a call processing procedure (e.g. an outgoing
call), callback is executed. Firstly, the user who initiated the call is called and, when he or she answers
this call, the relevant extension is called. For information on external callbacks, see 7.13.12.

Callback Callback is not deleted until the call is set up or the initiating extension deletes callback.
Callback Every night at 11:57 p.m., all callbacks are deleted that are not within the system

Callback A callback can be set to an internal group (not DSS1, CorNet N, QSIG). The callback is
stored in the first extension of the group.

7.8.5 Entrance Telephone / Door Opener

Definition
When the doorbell is actuated, a defined user (entrance telephone ring destination) is signalled. Lifting
the handset sets up a voice connection between the entrance telephone and the user called (entrance
telephone ring destination). If necessary, this user can activate the door opener from his or her
telephone.
In addition, the door opener can be activated directly from the entrance telephone using a 5-position
PIN, which is entered by means of a hand-held DTMF transmitter. In addition, the user can set up a
voice connection to the entrance telephone.
