Hicom 150 E Office Rel.1.0 Service Manual - 7.2 Features for general incoming traffic
the line type and the day and night services. Call management is made up of four blocks, which are
interlinked as described below:
Block 1: There are two call allocation tables for calls on the existing analog or digital ISDN lines.
One of the call allocation tables is evaluated during day service and the other during night service.
The tables contain a reference for each line to other day or night lists. In the case of direct inward
dialling (DID), the call management feature begins directly in these lists. DID calls that lead to an
intercept are signalled in the default setting at the day / night intercept position. This applies to all
lines. Intercept criteria are also entered here.
Block 2: There is a total of three lists for day service, internal calls and night service. These lists
contain references that point to one of the 70 possible call destination lists.
Block 3: The call destination lists form a table, which consists of seven columns. The lines in this
table are also referred to as CM elements. Further procedures are established in the first four columns.
The stations / groups entered here are called in sequence depending on the call forwarding - no answer
time.
The fifth column contains an entry which defines the time up to call forwarding - no answer.
The `central ringer' type or the type of terminal that should also be called are entered in the sixth
column.
The seventh column contains the definition for the time when the central ringer entered beforehand is
to be called. Either immediately, or after the first call forwarding - no answer time in accordance with
the entry in column 5.
Block 4: If group numbers were entered in the call destination lists, further assignment of the call
takes place in the call management table (the call is forwarded in accordance with the sequence in the
Call Management table). This table is provided for hunt group (linear / circular) and group call.
