Hicom 150 E Office Rel.1.0 Service Manual - 7.12 Features for Call Detail Recording
(11) Incoming call with caller`s station number transmitted:
(11a) Missed calls list: when a call comes in, an information line is output immediately
indicating the date, time, line, ext. number and incoming external station number and the
information element "0" if necessary (practical use e.g. PC: start database search -> message on
extension`s monitor).
(11b) Extension 12 has accepted the call after ringing duration of 34 seconds. This line is output
at the end of the call.
(12) Call forwarding with external destination:
(12a) Incoming call for ext. 15 on line 3 with transmitted station number, no ringing duration
due to call forwarding (see 12b),
(12b) forwarded call (12a) on line 4 to station number "0231471154321", 74 call charge pulses
have accumulated for the forwarded call.
(13) Incoming call on subscriber group (extension 18, 32 and 16):
(13a) The 3 extensions entered are called simultaneously, these are listed in the sequence in
which they were entered in the group (the 2nd extension is executed first).
(13b) The call was not answered by any of the members of the group. When the call has ended a
line containing the ringing duration is output for the last extension called or entered.
(14) Output following power failure or reset: 23 call detail units on line 8 were available prior to the
power failure.
In the case of a power failure or a reset, the call charges accumulating for each line are stored in
the nonvolatile memory of the system (CDRT).
The consistency between output and internally stored data is ensured after a power failure or
restarting the system. After the system has booted, it checks whether call charges, which have
not yet been output via the V.24 interface, are still contained in the memory. If so, a data line is
output in the form shown in example (14) for each line concerned: (this output does not contain
the extension number).
