(10) Loss message: 100 data records have been lost
Examples of faults that can prevent the system from outputting any call charge data via the V.24
interface:
Connected device is switched off / power failure
No paper in printer
Printer is off-line
Paper jam in printer
CDRC output interrupted by CDBase output
Interface cable is fault / not correctly ...
In these or similar cases call data records accumulating during this time period are temporarily
stored in the system. Not more than the first 300 (OfficePro), 150 (OfficeCom) or 50
(OfficePoint, OfficeOne) data records accumulating can be stored.
Other data records are only counted by the system and then discarded. If the call to the
connected device can be retrieved, a loss message containing the number of data records lost is
output after the buffered data records have been output (e.g. 100 calls lost).
