In the case of loop start trunks, assign the line to an extension using call management.

7.5.2 Answer Group
Definition
Each internal user can use a code to enter additional internal extension numbers that are also to be
called when incoming calls arrive for his terminal.
The user can also enter his own extension number, for example if the extension number is
permanently routed to another extension (Boss/Secretary).
