7.4.4 Call Keys

Definition
You can program up to 10 call keys (together with MSN) on the optiset E terminal. These keys are
used for incoming and outgoing calls. The call keys are assigned to lines virtually, i.e. the lines are not
permanently assigned to a specific key (like route keys). When performing an outgoing external
seizure, you press the call key to seize the route assigned to it. When setting up a connection without a
call key, an available call key is automatically seized, regardless of which route is used. With
incoming calls, an available call key corresponding to the route is also assigned.
The call keys are temporary line keys. They enable you to use the following features:
