For factory halls and open-plan offices
Halls have very good transmission properties.
One BS hanging freely under the centre of the ceiling (e.g. from a plastic chain) is sufficient for a hall
100 m long.
Installation on a reinforced concrete pylon is disadvantageous because the pylon creates a
partial block and thus a clear line of sight no longer exists.
In this case, two BS, 50 m to 75 m apart, must be installed.
