5.2.8.5 Multi-device connection

The following items should be taken into consideration in implementing the "multi-device
connection" feature (Telekom's S
Telekom allocates a multiple subscriber number (MSN) for connectable terminals on the S
(normally at least threes MSNs per basic access).
In the case of ISDN parameters under the system settings, Euro CO PMP must be set for the
port configuration (code 20 4 1).
The MSNs are programmed in the table for direct inward dialling. For each MSN assigned, one
station, one group or one hunt group on the Hicom 150 E OfficeCom/OfficePoint/OfficeOne
can be reached by means of direct inward dialling.
No entries can be made under "Route tel. number".
Hicom 150 E Office is always the last station to be looped in on the S
resistors (2x 100
existing terminating resistors should be removed from the last socket.
Forward by network with PMP
Station 100 in the case of OfficeCom and 11 in the case of OfficePoint/OfficeOne (port 01) can
activate call forwarding by the network (service * 64) for an assigned MSN. This type of call
forwarding only applies to this station and not to the entire multi-device connection. All other stations
with an assigned MSN can still be reached via direct inward dialling.
If a mixed configuration is used, it is necessary to make a distinction between the two directions.
