13.2.1 Customer data backup

Definition
Customer data backup (not relevant for Hicom 150 E OfficeOne) refers to the automatic and
cyclical backup of the customer database (CDB) to a storage medium. In Hicom 150 E Office,
the CDB backup is performed at 0:00 system time to a flash memory card FMC. This serves as
a data backup.
If the control board (CBMOD, CBFC) is defective, the CDB last saved can be transferred to a
new board. A prerequisite for CDB backup is sufficient FMC memory capacity (min. 8 MB).
