Introduction
This section describes the configuration of the Hicom 150 E Office for combined UCD with
Agentline Office.
Call numbers and the associated names that can be used for Hicom Agentline Office UCD groups are
limited on the system side to 60. The last 60 call numbers in the group must be used for this, e.g. the
default call number 440 - 499 in OfficePro.
Any valid call number for which no terminal is available in the system can be used for priority
dialling in the system.
For this, the call number must reference the same call destination list for priority dialling with the
associated UCD group call number. In this call destination list, the 1st call destination is the relevant
UCD group.
A call destination list is defined for the peak phase in which the "UCD group 60" is entered as the first
call destination. This group is used for the central queue field. This group should be entered as the
overflow destination for every other UCD group. This means:
that the 1st call destination is the relevant UCD group and
that the 2nd call destination is the UCD group for the central queue field.
Example
The following example describes a configuration containing two UCD groups in addition to 3 priority
dialling numbers. There are 2 agents operating in each group.
Assigning Agent IDs to groups
UCD group 1 is the purchasing department and is to be assigned the group IDs 100 and 101.
UCD group 2 is the sales department and is to be assigned the group IDs 110 and 111.
