Notes on installation
The MDFU/MDFU-E main distribution frame should be installed in the direct vicinity of the system
(note length of connecting cable) and at eye level. It must be attached to the wall according to the
instructions which were supplied with the MDF. You will find a drill template in a bag attached to the
cover. Screws and plugs for attaching the MDF to the wall are also included.
Procedures for wall-mounting the MDF
Step
1.
Attach the drill template and drill holes.
2.
Insert the plugs and insert the screws leaving 5 mm clearance.
3.
Mount the MDFU/MDFU-E in the brackets, remove the transport
securing device.
4.
Remove the housing cover and tighten the screws through the holes.

4.1.6 Setting up the system cabinets

Introduction
The cabinets are already equipped with the customized boards on delivery.
Danger
The system must be properly connected to the earth potential before the system is started up
and the extensions are connected.
