    Hicom 150 E Office You can use your telephone to access the functions of the Hicom 150 E Office communication system via codes. Symbols Symbol Meaning Lift the handset (off-hook). Speak. Replace the handset (on-hook). Press the specified keys. Press the consultation hold key, signal key, flash key (not applicable to pulse telephones).

    Answering Calls Your telephone rings Lift the handset. Speak. Making Calls Lift the handset. Internal: Dial the station number. External: Dial the external code and external number. Reserve Trunk Lift the handset. Dial the external code and external number. If configured, you can wait five seconds, until the busy signal stops, when an external line is busy and thus reserve this line for yourself.

The functions you can use depend on the individual class of service of your telephone and on the configuration of your system. Æ Accepting a waiting call (call waiting) ( While a call is in progress you can answer a second call that is waiting.
