3.
The call is placed with the UCD night extension.

Definition
The number of calls that are waiting in the queue can be displayed on the screen of the optiset E
terminal by means of a procedure or a code.

Activating the night service feature does not change the current
status of the individual agents.
UCD night service can be activated independently of the
system night service feature and vice versa. If a call reaches a
UCD group by way of system night service, the call remains in
the UCD group independently of the UCD night service
feature.
The group-specific night service destination can be an internal,
external or any other UCD group.
Calls that are being processed during activation of the UCD
night service feature remain unaffected.
