7.6.11 Configurable Toll Restriction

Definition
Each user in a PABX can be assigned different toll restrictions. Each time a terminal attempts to seize
a trunk line, its restriction is checked (toll restriction check). In the system a distinction is made
between 15 classes of service for which the following standard applies: class "0" = no trunk access,
"1" = outward-restricted trunk access, "2 to 7" = allowed lists, "8 to 13" = barred lists and "14" =
unrestricted trunk access.
No trunk access
The user can only answer external calls. The system speed-dialling destinations can be used.
Outward-restricted trunk access (inward unrestricted)
The user can only answer external calls. The system speed-dialling destinations can be used.
Allowed lists
These lists specify which numbers the user is permitted to dial. If the list does not contain any
numbers, the extension behaves like a telephone with outward-restricted trunk access.
Barred lists
These lists specify which numbers the user is not permitted to dial. If the list does not contain
any entries, the extension behaves like a telephone with unrestricted access.
Unrestricted trunk access
The user can answer and set up any incoming and outgoing calls.
