7.1.15 Shared Transfer Switch

Definition
It is possible to use an analog trunk connection for two extensions by implementing a shared transfer
switch. This divides the signal into positive and negative half-waves, each of which is assigned to the
individual extensions. The system can be operated at this type of switch. The carrier (e.g. Deutsche
Telekom) installs the shared transfer switch before the installation of Hicom 150 E Office.
